For the AGEL hospital network we prepared almost 13,000 gift packages during the covid period as a thank-you to doctors and medical staff. We assembled and distributed them to 48 addresses across the Czech Republic and Slovakia — in four days of packing. It was one of the projects we'll never forget.

The client's brief
During the hardest period of the pandemic, the AGEL hospital network wanted to thank its doctors and medical staff. A small token for enormous dedication. The brief was clear on what the package should contain — and demanding in how many were needed and how many places they had to reach.
8,829 pieces were destined for the Czech Republic, another 3,928 for Slovakia. Together 12,757 packages that had to be not only produced and packed, but above all precisely allocated to the right addresses and branches across two countries.
Our solution
Each package contained two kinds of tea, a mix of nuts with a branded label, milk and dark chocolate, and whole-bean coffee with the client's logo. Contents that warm and please — and carry the AGEL brand in every detail.
The hardest part wasn't the packing itself. It was working out exactly what belonged on which pallet. When you assemble almost thirteen thousand pieces for 48 different addresses, the numbers start to blur before your eyes. Without a proper system, checks and a breakdown for every pallet, it simply can't be done. It was precisely this invisible part — the logistics and precision — that made sure every branch received exactly what it should, and on time.
The result was 120 pallets ready for distribution to the Czech Republic and Slovakia, each with the right number of packages for its address.

For us, it wasn't just a project. It was a chance to be part of a thank-you to the people who, back then, held our world together. And that's something you don't forget.
